By FY2023, the IAM group will achieve a commanding position in each of the market segments we operate in.
We will do this by expanding two of our current business verticals (shipping and engineering services) and by adding at least one more vertical in the next 12 months, developing this into an industry leader.
We will focus on, through people, process and knowledge, becoming the regional benchmark in these verticals.
